Re-open Offices

June 28, 2021

Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that CP 1 and CP 2 Associations will open their respective offices to residents effective Monday 28, 2021. Office hours will open daily, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday. On Saturday we will be available from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm online or by phone (305) 220-1715.

We are still under a pandemic and recommend that you continue to maintain social distance (6 feet apart) and to wear a mask to protect everyone’s health when going inside the clubhouse.

We ask that you observe the pre-established rules and regulations which are posted.
